Online fitness classes created BY perinatal and pelvic health physical therapists, created FOR women looking to gain strength, mobility and confidence in their ability to move freely and without restriction.

The Classes

Connect with your Core

An online class focusing on foundational core and pelvic floor strength, mobility and coordination.

 

Perfect for those looking integrate back to exercise safely postpartum, those that tend to injure themselves when trying to exercise, and/or those with pelvic floor dysfunction.

 

All experience levels welcome. No equipment needed. Limit 10 participants per live class.

Signature Strength and Mobility

Full-body focused class, with a mix of increasing mobility and targeting functional strength.

This class is perfect for those looking to increase energy throughout the day and get through their daily tasks with ease. A great introduction to strength training without the intimidating heavy weights and a big focus on form.

Friendly to those with pelvic floor dysfunction. Dumbbells used in class (5-10lbs with option to increase weight).

Limit 10 participants per live class.

The Options

LIVE Class Drop-In

Drop-in to a LIVE online class anytime they are scheduled

-40 minute classes

-Instructor monitoring form and will give cues and corrections as needed

On-Demand Access

Unlimited access to our on-demand library.

 

-Includes both “Connect with Your Core” and “Strength and Mobility” pre-recorded classes 

-40, 25, and 10-minute classes

 

-New classes will be added weekly

 

-Workout anytime on your own time

EVERYTHING included in the 2 previous options, PLUS:

-Initial intake for goal setting

-Suggested programming from your coach based on your progress and goals (updated monthly)

-Bi-weekly check-in form w/ feedback from your coach to stay on track with goals
