Service Description

An online group class focusing on foundation core and pelvic floor strength, mobility and coordination. Perfect for those looking integrate back to exercise safely postpartum, those that tend to injure themselves when trying to exercise, and/or those with pelvic floor dysfunction. All experience levels welcome. Limit 10 participants per class.
