Join us for a calming, supportive evening designed for prenatal and postpartum women to pause, reset, and reconnect. Through gentle mindfulness practices, breathwork, and light movement, you’ll learn simple, effective tools to manage stress, ease overwhelm, and cultivate more presence in your daily life — no experience needed.

Whether you’re preparing for motherhood or navigating life with a new baby, this session offers a welcoming space to slow down, connect with yourself, and feel supported in community.

What to Bring:

Meet Melanie
Melanie is the founder of Well by Mel and your guide to holistic living on the South Shore. More than a yoga and mindfulness instructor, she empowers individuals, teams, and organizations through yoga, mindfulness, and holistic leadership. As a new mother herself, Melanie is passionate about creating grounding, supportive spaces where women and moms can reconnect, grow, and thrive.
