Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class highlights your baby’s active role in birth.

During labor the baby needs to pass through the three levels of the pelvis. Learn techniques to help your pelvis and its muscles that support or restrict your pelvic levels. Together, you and your birth partner can use these techniques before and during labor to help “make room for baby!” Spinning Babies reveals how the baby can find optimal positions for labor, and make birth less painful, and even pleasurable!

During this workshop, Bec will cover:

  • Learning about Spinning Babies® Techniques

  • Daily Essential Activities

  • The Three Balances that help birth muscles to relax and add comfort now to ease birth later.

  • Birth Positions that open the pelvis that let the baby come through more easily

  • Involving your birth partner to help you during pregnancy for comfort in labor and birth

Participants in this class will also receive an e-book of techniques and practice sheets for working at home. Please come in comfortable clothes with a curious and flexible attitude for a fun class with your partner.

About Bec:

Bec Conant has been working in the birth world for almost 25 years and is renowned throughout the Boston area for her work with birthing and new parents. She is the founder and owner of Om Births, an online Boston based yoga program specifically for pregnant and newly postpartum people, which has helped thousands of pregnant people find more comfort throughout pregnant, and prepare fully for the best way they want to welcome their babies.Bec holds certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Childbirth Education, HypnoBirthing, Spinning Babies, Meditation, and Pelvic Floor Yoga. Her classes aim to empower parents to find their own balance in body and mind with a fun and friendly atmosphere. Bec is mother to her 6 yr old son who continues to be her deepest and most profound teacher to date.
