Feeding Transitions and Going Back to Work: Helping Your Baby Thrive with New Caregivers

Your return to work often coincides with major changes in your baby’s feeding development and that can make the transition feel overwhelming! In this workshop, pediatric feeding and swallowing specialist Stephanie Hefez, M.S., CCC-SLP, will help you understand what’s happening in your baby’s feeding system during this stage and how to set them up for success with new caregivers.

We’ll cover:

  • How feeding skills and anatomy shift between 3–6 months

  • Introducing and maintaining bottle or cup skills

  • Supporting your baby’s adaptability when someone else feeds them

  • Practical ways to coordinate with home caregivers or daycare staff

  • Simple strategies for building feeding routines that work for your family

You’ll leave with practical, evidence-based tools to make the return-to-work transition smoother for both you and your baby.

This workshop is $35/ticket. Space is limited.
