Join us for a sensory-centered yoga class for women seeking space to feel pauses, explore playful choices, gain clarity, and foster a deeper connection.
Using slow, intentional movement, breathwork, and the optional use of soft coin scarves, this workshop invites you to move from a place of curiosity rather than expectation. The gentle weight, sound, and movement of the scarves encourage greater body awareness, helping you notice movement patterns while supporting nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and presence.
Coin scarves will be provided, but their use is completely optional. There is no pressure to perform or get anything "right," only an invitation to explore your body with curiosity and kindness.
The experience concludes with a restorative Yoga Nidra guided through a customized storytelling practice created by Brittany Capozzi.
Brittany is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), belly dancer, and Trust Fall Writing® facilitator based in Massachusetts. She is passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies through a compassionate, sensory-based approach that integrates yoga therapy, expressive writing, and movement.
Please bring: a yoga mat, water, and a cozy sweatshirt or light layer to stay comfortable during relaxation.
